Who I am?
I am a holistic psychologist and I like to address the psychological problem in combination with body, energy and environment. We face emotional challenges when we lose the harmony between our mind, body and environment.  As a human being we all wish to be happy and that is our ultimate goal. I believe that connecting with our higher self through the proper contemplation can help us to release unnecessary fears and desires affecting our overall wellbeing. My training in India and the U.K has developed me as a holistic psychologist with the unique combination of understanding of the mental heath according to East(spirituality)and West( rationalization). I feel that the western approach  to  psychiatry gives you  a good understanding of the diagnosis with certain labelling. However, functioning of the mind can be best understood by the Vedic philosophy. My journey to understand the mind and body connection has led me to explore many other healing modalities from Hypnotherapy, NLP, Past Life regression Thought Field Therapy ,Marma Therapy , Ayurvedic psychiatry ,Reiki/ Pranic healing, chakra and kundalini to Mantra therapy . This led me to develop my own Mind Body Connective therapy that helps my clients to understand their own functioning of mind with an ability to release any unwanted emotions and challenges by working on certain meridian and marma points in a very short period of time.
My Approach
I believe in a solution-oriented, short-term therapeutic intervention lasting from 6-12 sessions. My role as a holistic psychologist is to facilitate your own healing process, as I firmly believe that all of us have an ability to heal ourselves. My sessions involve in depth assessment of the causative factors of your psychological/emotional/relationship challenges and then I work with you to release them as soon as possible. I believe in empowering you and will share several healing techniques to heal yourself. I believe the key to healing of all the psychological challenges are to understand and accept your personality in totality according to east and west and to develop an ability to live in the present. After your initial assessment, I will discuss the line of treatment and therapy can be a combination of cognitive behavioural restructuring, hypnotherapy/NLP, healing and chakra balancing to Mind Body Harmonics.
